1. Leadership and coordination of the welding and quality control department.
2. Welding and assembly quality control at construction sites of the PJSC "Gazprom" company.
3. Introduction of robotic systems for automatic welding at construction sites of PJSC "Gazprom" company (LNG, gas processing plants).
4. Development, coordination and approval of technical documentation necessary for maintaining welding and assembly work (pWPS, WPS, standards, instructions, etc.)
5. Collecting and reviewing information for weekly and monthly quality reporting.
6. Participation in the Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) on the Customer side.
7. Conducting processes for the certification of welding procedures (PQR).
8. Conducting procedures for the approval and welders certification (WPQ / WOPQ).
9. Providing quality control during welding and assembly work on the general contractor side.
10. Reviewing and approving QA / QC subcontractor's documentation.
