Construction supervision engineer
• Performing work on an EPCM contract. Performing control over (GCC)general construction contractor's work;
• Working with designer supervision and design department ;
• Performing verification of executive working documentation(EWD), work production plan(WPP), technological chart(TC), elaboration of inspection and test plan(ITP);
• Performing coordination of technical queries(TQ). Signing of the hidden works acts(HWA) and critical structures inspection acts(CSIA) for the customer;
• Issuing of non-compliance reports(NCR) and punchlists when identifying non-compliance with: working documentation(WD), Construction Standards and Regulations, ASME, ISO, NACE;
• Performing joint inspection with GCC: steel structures(SS), passive fire protection(PFP), painting, piping, insulation, external internal systems(EIS), furnace gunite works;
• Performing incoming control of equipment: pumps, heat exchangers, tanks, coke ovens, furnaces, chimneys.
Results:
• Performing control of execution of works on the construction of DCU project for Omsk Oil Refinery;
• Work arrangement in line with fulfillment of target dates and quality assurance.

Lead construction supervision engineer
• Quality control of works performed and regulatory documents requirement, including content and procedure of as-built documentation maintenance;
• Quality control of punches and defects rectification within the due dates;
• Supervision over construction works execution, control over subcontractors’ work; arrangement and participation of/ in acceptance of works completed;
• Coordination of area foremen’s work (up to 10 persons);
• Control over compliance with quantities, timeframes and quality of construction works, including quality compliance of materials and items used in the construction;
• Acceptance of construction works completed design sections wise (Reinforced CS, SS, external water supply and wastewater removal system, equipment and process piping lines insulation, anticorrosion protection, fire proofing);
• Assurance of timely submission of as-built documentation from the Subcontractors; verification of its compiling (content and accuracy) in line with SNiP;
• Tracking of construction works completed and preparation of data for construction progress reports.

• Assurance of construction supervision at the construction site “Combined Oil Refining Unit EURO+’ (unique project in the RF – up-to-date oil refining technologies are applied);
• Work arrangement in line with fulfillment of target dates and quality assurance.

• Supervision over construction works execution, control over subcontractors’ work; arrangement and participation of/ in acceptance of works completed;

• Supervision over earthworks. Witnessing of concrete testing;
• Random and 100% of DT and NDT in line with the procedure and detailed documentation approved by the Client;
• Reporting (logs, NCR, reports) on nonconformities and violations revealed; control over fulfillment of corrective measures according to the procedures approved;
• Inspection of field joints insulation on compliance with regulatory documents requirements and detailed documentation. Control over coating test performance;
• Inspection of paint and anticorrosion works on compliance with regulatory documents requirements and detailed documentation.
Results:
